How do you get the bait?
Defeat Tuna on Rocks with Professional Boss Lure, then retain its whole body.
Prerequisites
Activate the island quest, complete prior hand-ins, then obtain the listed bait before the encounter.
Fight or catch method
Place the dead Tuna to trigger the encounter. Use reliable cover and ranged damage, then keep the Head.
After the kill
Give the Head to the islander inside the shop to unlock Volcano.
Do not sell check
Do not sell yet. Keep the Albatross Head until Volcano coordinates are received.
