Collect three Leeches for the woman by the Forest lake and complete her dialogue.
Prerequisites
Activate the island quest, complete prior hand-ins, then obtain the listed bait before the encounter.
Fight or catch method
Prepare healing and ranged damage before using the unique Modified Leech. Keep the Skeleton after the fight.
After the kill
Return the Skeleton to the woman by the lake to unlock Desert coordinates.

Do not sell yet. Keep the Giant Piranha Skeleton until the Forest quest is complete.
