Buy from the Rocks / Island 4 shop.
Prerequisites
Activate the island quest, complete prior hand-ins, then obtain the listed bait before the encounter.
Fight or catch method
Use Professional Boss Lure, prepare ranged damage, and preserve the whole body for Albatross.
After the kill
Drop the dead Tuna on Rocks Island to summon Albatross.
Do not sell check
Do not sell yet. Do not sell, cook, eat, or lose your first dead Tuna.
